Democracy for the Citizens Party Nakuru Branch is hosting a party for supporters of Rigathi Gachagua ahead of his homecoming.
The party is taking place at the DCP Nakuru office in Milimani estate.
A spot check, the premise is a beehive of activities.
A total three bulls have been slaughtered for the event, chapatis being prepared as well as other foods for the treat of supporters.
Nakuru DCP Secretary General Simon Ole Nasieku who is coordinating the event stated that they are doing so in honour of Party Leader Rigathi Gachagua as he jets back in the country from USA.
Nasieku revealed that there shall be a prayer service at the already erected tent with seats within the compound.
Thereafter, there shall be served lunch as supporters of Gachagua who did not make it to Nairobi join in the happenings in Nairobi digital transmissions.
The vocal DCP SG called on all supporters in Nakuru to join in the party at Milimani office.
“We know close to 6000 members have travelled to Nairobi but we are calling on all our supporters in Nakuru who did not make it to Nairobi to come here at Milimani for the party as we welcome our Party Leader,” he stated.
Nasieku also used the moment to urge Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen to stop intimidating Parry leader Gachagua and any other leaders affiliated to DCP.
He pointed out that Kenya is a democratic country and everyone should be allowed to make their political moves.
