The Nakuru Town West National Government Constituency Development Fund will cater for fees for one of the Children of the late former Shabaab MCA Kamau Githengi who is at University.
This was revealed by Nakuru Town West MP Samuel Arama.
Speaking during Requiem Mass at Holy Cross Catholic Parish in Shabaab Ward, Arama said the NG-CDF office will ensure that the child at the University completes studies.
“I want to assure the family that we shall work with NG-CDF office Nakuru West to see to it that the late Kamau’s child completes University,” he stated.
Arama at the same time called on other leaders to work together and see that the other children also have their fees paid.
While eulogizing Kamau as a man of the people, Arama called on electorates and leaders to emulate such virtues and always stand up to address the needs of the people.
Arama also relayed the condolences of Governor Susan Kihika, Woman Rep Liza Chelule and their contribution towards the same.
It should be noted that through collaboration with County Government of Nakuru, 5 buses have been availed to ferry mourners who will wish to attend the burial.
In addition, Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika has vowed to cater for lunch for those who will be traveling for the burial.
