DCP Secretary General Nakuru County Simon Sangale Ole Nasieku has congratulated the newly elected young liberators Nakuru Chapter.
In his congratulatory message on behalf of DCP Nakuru County, Nasieku said their election is key in shaping politics and ending politics of conmanship.
He added that it is also a move that will strengthen the DCP Party.
“I take this opportunity, on behalf of the Democratic for Citizens Party (DCP) Nakuru County and in my capacity as Secretary General, to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected leadership of the Young Liberators Nakuru Chapter, following the just concluded elections,” he said.
According to the DCP Nakuru SG, the election of the young liberators is a clear reflection of the trust, commitment, and hope that the youth of Nakuru County have placed in the team.
He added that the new team represent not just positions, but a movement driven by vision, courage, and purpose.
In a special way, Nasieku commendedHon. Bashir BushBaba – Chairperson who garnered 34 out of 43 votes.
“Your strong mandate of 34 out of 43 votes speaks to your leadership, dedication, and the belief in your capacity to lead from the front,” he said.
He also commended Hon. Pesh (Turi) who was elected Vice Chairperson after garnering 37 votes, a firm endorsement of leadership and potential to support and complement the Chair in driving a progressive youth agenda.
To the rest of the team elected unopposed, Nasieku termed their uncontested endorsement as a mark of unity and trust from their peers.
They include Hon. Kafue (Ndondori) – Secretary, Hon. Paul Mburu – Vice Secretary,
Hon. Mike Langat – Organizing Secretary,
Hesbon – Vice Organizing Secretary, Papa Shiundu – Treasurer, Hon. Kanduta – Youth Representative, Miss Njeri (St. Paul’s University) – Woman Representative, Hon. Eric (Naivasha)- Gen Z Representative and
Moses – Youth Ambassador.
The SG called on the newly elected team to ensure they serve with integrity, inclusivity and unwavering desire to uplift and empower the youth of NAKURU and beyond.
“As you take up these leadership roles, may you be guided by integrity, inclusivity, and the unwavering desire to uplift and empower the youth of Nakuru and beyond. Let this be a chapter defined not by titles, but by action, engagement, and transformation,” he said.
Nasieku acknowledged that these elections were authoritatively determined by the Young Liberators themselves, reflecting true democratic values and ownership by the youth.
He added that the outcome is fully recognized and embraced by the leadership of DCP Nakuru County.
