At the County Government, Barchok noted that Nick distinguished himself as a go getter.

That he dabbled up in writing, bilingual reporting, editing, broadcasting and photography.

“He would do it all. He was never one to put his talent to waste. His standout work soon caught the attention of Hon Johanna Ngeno who snapped him up from the county Government and employed him as his personal photographer,” stated Barchok

He eulogized Nick as the energetic and creative force behind Hon Ngeno’s media team becoming Hon Ngeno’s constant companion, and was the man behind the photos and creative short videos of Hon Ngeno.
