The first ever Motorbike Race will be held in Nakuru West Constituency on Saturday July 19, 2025.
The event is organized by Youth for Youth, Youth for Arama initiative led by Asman Chairman.
A poster seen by famousnakuru.co.ke indicates that the area MP Samwel Arama will grace the event as Chief Guest.
The organizing team is working towards ensuring all the logistics and safety measures are in place before and during the event.
This is an event that is meant to empower youth as the winners will walk home with awards.
It should be noted that MP Arama started empowerment program for motorbike Bodaboda operators where he could sponsor them in driving schools and then help them acquire driving licenses.
This, he noted was a move to empower the operators owing to the fact that many had challenges of attending driving schools and getting driving licenses, hence being in conflict with the County enforcement officers.
The move also saw many young people join the transport sector hence reducing crime rate in Nakuru West.
