MP Arama hosts Muslim Community, vows to work closely in addressing their concerns

Nakuru Town West MP Samwel Arama has vowed to work closely with the Muslim Community in Nakuru West Subcounty.

The MP who hosted the Muslim Community Nakuru West at his residence in London Ward, lauded the community for the continued prayers towards a peaceful county and nation.

Arama used the moment to rally the Muslim Community to continue supporting his development agenda for the constituents.

During the meeting, Arama also had time to listen to some of the concerns raised by the Muslim Community.

Key among them was the issue of mass National ID registration as directed by President William Ruto.

The Muslim Community in Nakuru West urged the Lawmaker to mobilize and have a mass registration for IDs in Nakuru West ahead of the 2027 polls.

“We have seen registration of IDs take place in other sub counties and we believe you can also organize one here so that our people who might not be having IDs can now register,” they told the Lawmaker.

Arama who is serving his third term as MP for Nakuru Town West, also urged the Muslim community to remain united and ensure their voices count on matters development.

He reiterated that his office will continue to work closely with the community on the same.
