Lanet Umoja Ward MCA aspirant Peter Mandela Chek has vowed to ensure a united Ward when elected into office come 2027.
The youthful leader says no one should be left behind in leadership and development agenda.
He was speaking when he joined members of community in a fundraising initiative to support Mama Teresia Gathoni in giving her beloved son, Edward Mbugwa, a decent burial and settling the huge hospital bill that accumulated during his illness.
Edward had been unwell for quite some time, and unfortunately, his mother could not manage the accumulated bill on her own.
Peter noted that many families were going through difficult times due to economic impact.
He urged for unity during such moments, adding that under his leadership, no one or any family shall be left behind.
“As a leader, I understand that many families in our community face difficult situations and survive only by the grace and mercy of God. These are the moments when we must come together, support one another and share in each other’s burdens. This is the unity we want to build in Lanet Umoja Ward, a community where no one is left behind during difficult times,” he stated.
The youthful Lanet Umoja Ward aspirant has vowed to continue advocating for unity among electorates.
Under his Leadership, he says no one shall be left behind, citing a new beginning for Lanet Umoja Ward.
