As a way of supporting boy child, Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika has delivered essential food supplies to support the recently initiated 300 young men currently recuperating at Bondeni Primary school.
The boys are drawn from Wards within Nakuru Town East Constituency.
The delivery follows a request that was made to the Office of the Governor.
Officers from the County Government of Nakuru delivered the essential food supplies to support the 300 young men.
The supplies, which included wheat flour, cooking oil, sugar and rice, were provided to aid this community-driven program hosted at Bondeni Primary School.
Chief Officer for Education Rosemary Kimani, Political Advisor Hon. Francis Njoroge, and Martin Gichinga from the Governor’s office represented the Governor in delivering the items.
This initiative underscores Governor Susan Kihika’s commitment to supporting programs that empower and uplift youth while strengthening cultural heritage.
