Former High School teacher MCA Moses Koros is likely to be re-elected as Mauche Ward MCA.
Since his election as MCA in 2022, MCA Koros has focused on development for the Ward residents.
Having served as a Principal before venturing into politics, MCA Koros understands better his role as MCA.
He has initiated several development projects in Mauche Ward.
Famousnakuru.co.ke has learnt that the MCA is a darling to the people of Mauche who just wanted a true leader who can initiate development agenda.
And true to his campaign promises, MCA Koros has proven that he is up to task.
According to a report released on the scorecard of the MCA, several projects have been completed while others are in progress.
For instance, there is proposed fencing, improvement and construction of communal water point and cattle trough at Teret dam and maintenance of Teret cattle dip as well as proposed construction of Kipsinendet ECD and construction of motorbike sheds in Lulukwet.
Other projects proposed include supply of pipes for Takitech-Mauche water project.
Proposed equipping of KIPTENDEN borehole has been completed so is proposed borehole drilling at Kaplekwa and construction water kiosk with 10000L water tank at Kiptenden water project.
Other projects include proposed construction of 4 door toilet for outpatient at Kimugul,Teret and Kaptich Dispensary that is ongoing.
The proposed rehabilitation and maintenance of Floodlights in Mauche ward has been completed so is proposed piping at Tachasis water project.
Proposed equipping of Syriat Vocational Training Center is in Pipeline.
Equipping and solarization of Chesoen borehole has been completed.Chesoen water project was completed after drilling, equipping and solarization plus water within the term.
Meanwhile, Proposed grading, gravelling and murraming of Mauche road works has been completed so is Rehabilitation, grading and murraming of Mauche roads and Proposed pipe laying at Kaptich Center – Sigor Primary.
However, Proposed construction of ESP markets and supporting facilities in Mauche ESP market is ongoing.

The first time serving MCA who believes in development for the people is also working on road network in his Ward.
Among the key roads projects he has worked on is the grading and Marumming Chebitet cutline, Kapkembu sec roads among others.
