According to him, the over 80 abductions of innocent young Kenyans and anyone criticizing the Kenya Kwanza Administration are being carried by security agencies.

While terming the atrocities as ‘state-sanctioned terror’, Dr Kinity has called on the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) to step in and arrest the situation.
He noted that the Police led by Inspector General Douglas Kanja has failed to ensure law and order.

“It is time that the KDF steps in to ensure sanctity of lives since the Police Service led by Kanja has failed. The disappearances of these young men paint a grim picture of our democracy,” stated Dr. Kinity.

The Human Rights Activist at the same time defended the young people who were accused of using cartoons in satirical way in social media criticizing President Ruto.

According to Kinity, Satire though controversial, is enshrined in the constitution under Freedom of Expression clause.

In the presser, Dr. Kinity also weighed in on Kenya Kwanza Government’s vaccination program for livestock, a program that he has raised concerns too.

According to him, there is probability that the chemicals used in the vaccines might have a long term negative health impacts on Kenyans.

It is for this reason that the Activist has called on Kenyans not to ignore the concerns raised around the issue.

Dr Kinity now wants Kenyans to remain vigilant and ensure that all programs brought forward by government meet the threshold on accountability and transparency.
