Democratic for Citizens Party(DCP) on Monday June 23 held Aspirants’ meeting in Nakuru.
The meeting that was attended by various aspirants was held at Nakuru’s DCP office.
Leaders who attended the meeting among them National Secretary General Hezron Ombaga and Secretary Planning and Economic Affairs Dr Peter Mbae called on Kenyans to continue registering as members ahead of the 2027 polls.
They termed the party as the saviour for Kenyans moreso on politics of conmanship.
The leaders also told off individuals who have been spearheading propaganda that the Party will have official launch on June 25, a day that the Gen Zs are planning to have demonstrations in honor of the youth who lost their lives during the last year’s protests against Finance Bill.
They reiterated that the party respects the lives lost and families who lost their loved ones during the GenZs demos.
The leaders called on the security team to ensure they protect the GenZs and those who will hold demos on Wednesday.
