Boost to security as Murunyu Police Post is officially opened

Residents of Murunyu-Lanet Umoja Ward in Bahati Constituency have a reason to smile following the new Police Post in the area.

The Post was constructed through NG-CDF kitty under the patronage of area MP Irene Njoki.

Speaking during the opening of the station, MP Njoki reiterated her commitment towards ensuring security of her constituents.

“I officially inaugurated the New Murunyu Police Post in Lanet Umoja Ward. My dedication is centered on ensuring the safety and security of the great people of Bahati constituency, safeguarding both their well-being and properties,” she stated.

According to the lawmaker, this milestone reflects her collective commitment to enhancing a secure and thriving Constituency.

It should be noted that Security is among the key components that falls under Members of Parliament dockets.

Most projects on security and Education fall under the National Government constituency Development Fund.

The MP plays key role as the NG-CDF kitty patron.
