Bahati Constituents to reap big from Statehouse meeting between President, leaders

Residents of Bahati Constituency will reap big from Tuesday’s meeting between President William Ruto and leaders from Nakuru.

Bahati MP Irene Njoki who joined other leaders has revealed some of the key projects that the meeting agreed on.

“Today, with Nakuru County leaders, we had a productive meeting with the President on key development initiatives,” she said.

According to the Lawmaker, some of the projects agreed on include;

– Lanet Airport progress: Contractor returns next week
– Advertisement of hostels for Heroes Technical College will be done on Wednesday.
– Establishment of Heroes TVC as a digital innovation hub
The Lawmaker also advocated for;  increased funding to complete Kiti-Murunyu road.
– Establishment of Ward digital hubs for youth skills and opportunities
– International job opportunities via the NEA platform
– Streamlined passport application with a new green lane for job seekers
– Affordable housing project in Lanet; contractor expected on-site soon

The Lawmaker says she is fully committed to delivering tangible development to Bahati constituency.
