Nakuru National ASK Show Organizing Committee in partnership with Cyprus Park, National Cereals and Produce Board, and Coca-Cola company on Wednesday June 18, 2025 held awareness walk ahead of the commencement of show on July 2, 2025.
The walk was flagged off by ASK Nakuru Branch Chairman Perminus Migwi at Langalanga Mwisho.
The participants participated in the walk through Kanu Street, Centre, Bondeni before proceeding to Nakuru CBD onto Kenyatta Avenue and finally at Nakuru Show grounds.
According to the Chairman, the walk was meant to create awareness among members of the public on the forthcoming Nakuru National Show.
“We just did this to create awareness to Nakuru residents that the Nakuru National Show is on and they should make good use of the days to learn more on matters agriculture and trade,” he stated.
It should be noted that this year’s Nakuru National Show will officially kick off on July 2 and conclude on July 6, 2025.
The event serves as a platform for learning with schools and other learning institutions encouraged to attend.
It will also be a plus to Nakuru’s hospitality industry as guests from neighbouring counties will be in Nakuru for the 5 days of exhibition.
According to Organizing Committee, 150 exhibitors are expected at this year’s show.
