Dr Victor Achoka Mwandale is the new Chief Officer Resource Mobilization at the County Government of Nakuru.
Achoka takes over from Pastor Alex Maina who resigned.
The founder of Zen Pharmaceuticals, believes in leadership that provides services and solutions to the people.
He is also the current Chairman Nakuru Athletics Club.
