Members of the DCP Party in Nakuru have been warned against falling prey to unauthorized solicitation and upcoming meetings.
In a memo to all DCP Party Members, they have been notified that only the official party paybill number is authorized to receive any form of payment or donation on behalf of the party.
“This is to formally notify all members of the Democratic for Citizens Party (DCP) that only the official party paybill number is authorized to receive any form of payment or donation on behalf of the party,” stated the memo.
The communication was clear that any other solicitation for funds, especially by individuals claiming to be aspirants or representatives, is unauthorized and illegal.
The Party officials in Nakuru has also warned that aspirants or individuals soliciting money from members for any reason must cease immediately.
According to Secretary General Nakuru Branch Simon Ole Nasieku and Coordinator William Wachira, failure to comply will result in disciplinary action, including disqualification from party activities.
For those seeking appointments or engagements with party leadership, they have been urged to direct their requests only to the Secretary General Simon Ole Nasieku via 0723 602232.
The memo has also highlighted the upcoming meetings.
They include:
1. MCA Meeting scheduled for Thursday, 3rd July 2025 @9:30 am with key agenda being Party strategy and grassroots engagement.
2. Governor/Senator Aspirants Meeting is scheduled for Friday, 4th July 2025 @9:30am and agenda shall be Guidelines for aspirants and party expectations.
“All members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Let us uphold the integrity of our party by adhering to due process and transparency,” stated the memo undersigned by Dr William Wachira,
Nakuru County Coordinator and The Rift Valley Region Coordinator.
