MP Arama urges locals to rally behind government of the day

Nakuru Town West Member of Parliament Samuel Arama has urged constituents to rally behind government of the day.

Speaking when he hosted a Christmas  thanksgiving service for constituents at his London Ward residential, the vocal lawmaker stated that there is need for citizens  to rally behind the government of the day no matter their voting patterns.

He added that time is now for Kenyans to shun politics of division and tribalism.

“Even though I was elected on Azimio ticket, once elected we support government of the day which is Kenya kwanza and President is William Ruto,” stated Arama.

Addressing thousands of Nakuru West residents who turned up for the thanksgiving service and morning prayers, Arama urged them to support all elected leaders no matter their political alignment.

According to the third term serving lawmaker, time is now for service delivery to electorates.

He challenged elected leaders to work in unity towards service delivery.

“Let us stop blame games. We have been elected and we have one mandate to deliver to the electorates who are our bossses,” he said.

Arama used the opportunity to drum support for Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika for her tireless effort in ensuring quality service delivery to the people of Nakuru County.

According to Arama, Governor Kihika has ensured good working relationship with other elected leaders in the county.

“Susan, is working with all elected and nominated leaders. This is the way to go as leaders to ensure development for our people,” he said.

At the same time, Arama urged locals to support the Kenya Kwanza government adding that with time the economy  will be resuscitated.

“President William Ruto is doing all he can to ensure development at grassroot level. This we have seen through infrastructure and bursary on matters education,” he stated.
