County launches multi-million-shilling fire engines

Fire disaster management in Nakuru county has received a major boost following the launch of two extra fire engines. The fire engines worth Ksh.113 million will go a long way in improving fire disaster management across the county. Speaking on Wednesday during the launch,Nakuru Governor Lee Kinyanjui said the vehicles will be manned by a team of 32 highly skilled fire men and women who have undergone adequate training on the use and management of the equipment.
