There will be no illegal power connections in Nakuru County and those found culpable will face the ruthless arm of the law. Nationwide power outage hits the country

A countrywide power outage has hit Kenya this morning. The Nationwide blackout has been in place since a few minutes to 6 AM. According to a statement provided by the national power provider, KPLC, the outage was caused by a “system disturbance.” “We have lost power supply in the national grid due to a system disturbance which occured on our transmission network at 5:49 AM this morning,” read the Kenya Power company statement.
