Energy and Petroleum Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi is this Friday September 19, 2025 expected to visit Bahati Constituency, in Nakuru County.
The CS will be in Bahati to flagg off last mile connectivity at Kwa Amos Centre.
The CS who will be hosted by Bahati MP Irene Njoki, is also expected to commission Wendo Polytechnic Project.
According to a public notice from MP Njoki’s office, the activities will commence at 9am.
The Lawmaker appealed to residents to join in witnessing this key development.
In her communication, she stated, “Kesho watu wangu, we light up Our Constituency, Together with CS Opiyo Wandayi, we’ll be launching the Last Mile Connectivity Program with key activities being Flag off at Kwa Amos Center, Registration of areas without electricity connection and Commissioning of Wendo Polytechnic Electric project.”
Since she took over Leadership mantle in Bahati, MP Njoki has had a clear focus on development agenda transforming Bahati through various projects
The first time serving Lawmaker will be defending her seat come 2027.
