Wisley Kipkemboi is the winner of 21Km Men’s race at the First Edition of Mau Conservation Marathon held in Kuresoi, Nakuru County in Friday October 24, 2025.
He comes from Keringet area of Nakuru county.
Addressing press after the win, Kipkemboi attributed his win to home advantage.
He added that he is in preparation for the upcoming road races.
The Marathon will be an annual event that aims to create awareness on the benefits of restoration of Mau Forest complex.
The event was graced by PS Engineer Festus Ng’eno, Nakuru Deputy Governor David Kones, Kuresoi North MP Alfred Mutai, Nakuru County Commissioner Loyford Kibara among others.
