Nakuru Town West MP Samuel Arama says Building Bridges Initiative is the way to go for this nation.
Arama who spoke at a function in his constituency wondered why a section of leaders were against BBI and the famous handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
He says the BBI will ensure even the minority and the marginalized communities have a share of the national cake.
“BBI is the only way to ensure that even the marginalized and minority communitiesve a share of the national cake” he said.
Arama calling on all leaders who mean good for the nation to rally behind the BBI and referendum for the unity of the Nation.
Arama who ditched ODM for Jubilee in 2017 has called on politicians to respect the Presidency and shun politics of 2022 but rather focus on development.
He maintains that the legacy that every leader should dream of is ensuring that there is development in society.
