Kivumbini Ward MCA Neto Sakwa has vowed to continue supporting talent among the youth in his Ward.
Sakwa noted that besides ensuring quality education through provision of timely bursaries, he will work closely with Sports committee at the county Assembly of Nakuru to ensure sports kitty serves the purpose it is meant for.
According to Sakwa, Kivumbini Ward is rich with numerous sporting talents that his leadership is committed to nurture.
He assured that he will work with local sporting teams on the same.
“I will play my role to ensure talents are nurtured. We want to see young people move from grassroot to national teams.” he said.
The first time MCA who was elected on Independent candidature in the August 9 polls 2022, was speaking during the final match between Arsenal FC(Green View) and Real Madrid (Paul Machanga) Youth Football clubs at Nakuru South Cemetery grounds on Sunday where Arsenal FC beat Real Madrid 4-1.
Sakwa also vowed to continue working with other leaders in bettering the lives of the locals in the cosmopolitan Ward.
During the event, the MCA gifted goodies to the winning teams.
It should be noted that Kivumbini Ward has in the past produced several star payers who have made it to the national level.
