Seed Savers Network Kenya’s 3rd edition of Seed Boot Camp kicks off in Gilgil

The 3rd edition of the Seed Boot Camp has kicked off at Seed Savers Network Kenya Training Centre in Gilgil.

The training brings together over 20 participants from 5 African countries.

Participants were welcomed by Seed Savers Network Director, Daniel Wanjama who shared the organisation’s inspiring journey and commitment to conserving agro biodiversity.

The official opening was conducted by Dr. Martin Oulu, setting the tone for an engaging and transformative two weeks ahead.

Day One explored the foundations of Seed Sovereignty, and concluded with a powerful partner sharing session by Jeff Ssebaggala from Witness Radio (Uganda).

The energy, ideas, and commitment during the forum reflects the growing movement across Africa to reclaim and protect  seeds, our food, and future.
