Prophet Dr. David Owuor of the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness has explained to Kenyans if the latest powerful miracles revealing various aspects of the miraculous healing of HIV patients.
Addressing worshipers outside Merica Hotel in Nakuru on December 29, 2025 when he arrived in Nakuru for the Grand Mega Healing meeting dubbed ‘Menengai 8’, Prophet Owuor revealed that a number of cases of HIV healed patients had been recorded following the previous Menengai 7 healing meeting held in Nakuru.

Accompanied by senior medical officers from across the country, Prophet Owuor termed the healing a major moment that indicates the power that the Blood of Jesus has.
While noting that HIV has no cure, he was quick to point out that the recent miraculous healing of some patients who were positive but upon attending the healing meetings have been healed as confirmed by medical officers, clearly shows that Jesus’ Blood and Glory is powerful that it can heal any kind of diseases.
The Prophet of the Lord also revealed that having understood the magnitude of HIV in the country, he has remained very strict and ensuring that any healed patients must undergo several tests as per the Ministry of Health and government regulations on matters HIV.
“I am one person who is very strict when it comes to HIV patients who are healed through the Blood of Jesus. I always direct that they go back to their doctors who have their files so that it can be confirmed severally. When Jesus heals the HIV, the Doctors have to confirm as per government regulations,” he stated.

Prophet Owuor who was accompanied by various medical officers, also used the moment to allow some of them explain the various tests that are undertaken in the lab before a patient is declared HIV negative.
He at the same revealed that following the recorded miraculous HIV healed patients, the government of Kenya wrote to the church requesting that the patients can also confirm with the top government laboratories- a matter that he says the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness has complied with.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness is celebrating various miraculous HIV healing cases.
One such is miraculous healing of a once HIV positive lady from Siaya County.
According to updates from Jesus Is Lord Radio Website, the lady’s journey began in September 2023, when relentless illness led her to seek answers at Ulungu Dispensary in Bondo, Kenya. The diagnosis was devastating: HIV-positive.
Shaken but determined, she underwent a second test at the same facility—again, positive. Her condition worsened, prompting further confirmation at Usibu Subcounty Hospital in Yimbo Usenge, where a third test solidified the verdict.
Automatically enrolled in Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) at the Comprehensive Care Clinic (CCC), Millicent was thrust into a lifelong regimen of ARVs to sustain her fading health.
Months turned into over a year of unyielding battles with opportunistic infections, a constant shadow of the virus ravaging her body.
She pressed on with ART nonstop, her life hanging by the thread of medical intervention—until December 20, 2024.

Days after the Menengai-7 service, she returned to Ulumbi Dispensary in Bondo—the very site of her initial double-positive verdict—and demanded a retest.
