Njoro NG-CDF kitty under patronage of MP Kathambi secures land for construction of Maili Tatu Primary School to save children from long treks

The story of children around Maili Tatu and Turkey Farm in Njoro Constituency treking for longer distance in search of quenching their thirst for knowledge will be a thing of past.

This follows the good news that under the patronage of MP Charity Kathambi, the NG-CDF has secured a parcel of land for the construction of Maili Tatu Primary School.

The 2-acre piece of land will go a long way in addressing the challenge that has been there.

This follows a long time struggles to get a land for purchase.

According to information form MP Kathambi’s office, Classes to be ready by school opening next year January 2026.

It should be noted that Maili Tatu, Turkey Farm areas lower classes Pupils have been trekking to nearby schools for about 3KM away in search of Education.

The construction of Maili Tatu Primary School now opens a new chapter for the learners, a chapter that the the long, cold journeys to and from has come to an end.

Locals have lauded the Lawmaker for the gesture, stating that development politics is what Kenyans want to hear.

This are kind of politics people want to hear and see politics of development, and not politics of division.
