Narok County mourns former Olpusimoru MCA Letulal Ole Masikonde

Narok County is mourning departed former Olpusimoru MCA Letulal Ole Masikonde.

The deceased will be remembered as a distinguished leader and a dedicated public servant who served with passion, wisdom and integrity.

He served as Councillor and MCA for Olpusimoru Ward for 20 yrs and Majority Leader of Narok County Assembly.

He was a loyal foot soldier of KANU, Jubilee and later UDA and a strong backbone of Narok political leadership.

Narok politician David Ole Sangok termed his recent role as a Director at the Water Works Development Agency as a position that bore fruits to the people of Narok in particular and Kenya in general.

He termed the deceased as a man of principle, vision and compassion.

“Hon Masikonde leadership has left an indelible mark on the lives of many and his legacy will live forever and will continue to inspire current and future generations,” he stated.

Journalists both in Nakuru and Narok have recalled how the late was a peace ambassador whenever skirmishes erupted on the border of Nakuru and Narok counties.
