Nakuru Woman Representative Liza Chelule on weekend met Nyi Kwa Ramogi Society.
During the meeting, Chelule offered civic education on the various funds that groups can benefit from.
“I had the privilege of engaging with the vibrant Nyi Kwa Ramogi Society in Kivumbini Ward, Nakuru East Sub-County, where members had convened for their regular meeting,” she stated.
Chelule pointed out that the interaction with the group offered a valuable opportunity to appreciate the unity and commitment that drive their community initiatives.
She also offered civic education on how the group can benefit from the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF)—including empowerment programmes, support for organised groups, and avenues for socio-economic growth.
The Lawmaker encouraged them to tap into these opportunities.
She reiterated her commitment towards uplifting households and strengthening community development.
