MP hints at possible relocation of hand-washing tanks to schools

All hand-washing tanks that had been stationed at various points in Nakuru West subcounty will be removed and taken to schools and churches.

Nakuru Town West MP Samuel Arama says it is in order to do so as schools prepare to re-open.

Speaking at Nakuru West Secondary school,said the tanks will be taken to the nearest schools and be supplied with water.

“We shall be removing the tanks at various points and them we take them to schools and even main churches” he said.

The Lawmaker’s office has been supplying water to the tanks for hand-washing  during the COVID-19 pandemic.

He commended Nakuru West residents for not interfering with tanks.

“I think if I could know the thieves I would have hosted them in my house and thank them for not stealing these tanks” he said.
