Another significant focus was the comprehensive review of all policy documents guiding the city’s development agenda.
This review aims to align these documents with current needs and future aspirations, ensuring a cohesive approach to city planning.
Identification and mapping of missing link roads emerged as a priority.
This initiative seeks to enhance connectivity and accessibility throughout the City, ultimately improving the quality of life for its residents.
As the workshop concluded, Board Members and the City Management expressed their firm commitment to translating these resolutions into tangible actions.
They pledged to take proactive steps towards implementing the agreed-upon strategies, thereby laying a solid foundation for the continued progress and prosperity of Nakuru City.
Board’s Chairman Stephen Muli reiterated that the Board will continue to drive Governor Susan Kihika’s agenda on development.
