Nakuru Cabinet urged to remain focused on quality service delivery to electorates

Nakuru County Government Cabinet has been urged to remain focused on quality service delivery tot he electorates.

The message was passed across by Nakuru County Deputy Governor David Kones when he officially opened a three-day induction workshop in Naivasha for both new and continuing County Executives and Chief Officers.

The workshop aims to refresh their knowledge and skills to help speed up the implementation of Governor Susan Kihika’s development agenda.

In his address, DG Kones stressed the crucial need of delivering excellent services to the people of Nakuru.

He highlighted the county’s commitment to completing and making existing projects operational to ensure they have the greatest possible impact on residents.

He also emphasized that all new projects initiated must be carefully planned and completed on time.

The workshop will conclude with the signing of performance contracts, which will hold county officials accountable for their work and commitments.

The meeting was also attended by County Secretary Dr. Samuel Mwaura, County Attorney Caleb Nyamwange, Efficiency and Monitoring Unit Director Patrick Kigunda, among other county officials.
