Residents of Lakeview Ward in Naivasha have a reason to smile following the opening up of Lakeview access road.
Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika who officiated the event on Monday March 11, 2024 noted that good infrastructure is key towards development of an area.
It is one of her administration’s agenda to improve infrastructure across the county.
“This project is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance transportation infrastructure in our county,” she stated.
Kihika added that the Lakeview access road will provide easier movement for residents and visitors alike.
The Governor reiterated that her administration is committed towards improving livelihoods.
“It is a testament to our commitment to improving the lives of our people and ensuring that our county continues to develop and prosper,” she said.
It should be noted, upon assuming office Governor Kihika launched the Imarisha Barabara Program.
The program aims to ensure all roads across the 55 wards are in good shape.
