Former National Authority for Campaign against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) boss John Mututho has welcomed the recent Jubilee Senate leadership transitions.
Muthutho applauded President Uhuru Kenyatta for the senate lineup changes relating it with soccer where any professional coach do substitution.
“Only a fool does not change his mind,” says Mututho.
Addressing the media in in Nakuru,Mututho who also served as a member of parliament 2007/2013 for Naivasha constituency says that the President Uhuru Kenyatta has a legal right to change his leadership in order to achieve his manifestos.
“If the team is not bearing any fruit, no need of having it. Do the change immediately for prosperity,” added Mututho.
On the other hand, Mututho termed the merger between Kenya African National Union(KANU) and Jubilee party as normal saying that the coalitions are not permanent.
He noted that the 2013 political marriage between President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto is over.
“The entire team should go home now. They have failed in their manifestos delivery and the 2022 election whistle is on,” claims John Mututho.
At the same time Mututho called on Kenyans to embrace the changes for the betterment of the society. He said that for any technological or political growth there must be a total change of mindset.
