Bahati Member of Parliament Irene Njoki has offered full sponsorship for two top 2023 KCPE performers of Workers Primary School in Kiamaina Ward.
The two are Kelvin Kariuki and Lenox Otieno.
The MP made the announcement after joining parents, teachers, students, and the community of the school to celebrate their exemplary performance in the 2023 KCPE examinations.
It should be noted that the school secured the top spot in Bahati Constituency.
Making the announcement, Njoki stated that she was inspired by their performance.
“Inspired by their success, I have taken on the responsibility of sponsoring secondary school education for top performers, Kelvin Kariuki and Lenox Otieno until they complete their Form Four studies,” she said.
The MP also extended her assistance to the top five students through bursaries as they join secondary school.
This, she noted will give them a soft start to their education journey.
