Njoro Member of Parliament Charity Kathambi has reiterated her commitment in Education matters.
Kathambi says she will work towards ensuring conducive environment for learners.
The Lawmaker spoke on Friday morning during commissioning of 6 new classrooms at Njoro Boys High School.
She used the opportunity to urge parents to work closely teachers, administrators and her office in ensuring every learner is in school.
According to Kathambi, investing in education of young people will open more opportunities adding that education is the foundation for any society that yearns to achieve more.
“By investing in the education of our youth, we firmly believes that we are laying the foundation for a society that is not only knowledgeable but empowered to create positive change,” she stated.
Later on, the MP led the ceremony of We launching Changarians flag that will give a new face to the school from past events.
The school targets to continue performing well in national exams
through hard work and discipline.
This is reflected even in the flag’s logo-the Eagle which on many occasions is likened to her soaring higher making it through all the storms.
MP Kathambi through NG-CDF kitty, has been putting a new face to several schools across Njoro through construction of new classrooms and refurbishment of the current ones to standard.
She has on many occasions maintained that her agenda is to see a transformed Njoro Constituency.
