MP aspirant refutes claims of Firearm misuse

Bahati Parliamentary Aspirant Dedan Mwenda Gikwa has refuted claims over misuse of firearm against his opponent in one club in Bahati.

Addressing media in Nakuru, Gikwa termed the reports as mere political propaganda urging the residents of Bahati to be careful with some leaders who are out to tarnish the image of others through propaganda.

“I want to state here clearly that the reports of I misusing Firearm against my opponent is just but political propaganda. As a matter of fact on that particular day I was in Nairobi” he said.

The Parliamentary aspirant for Bahati also called on all politicians to maintain peace during and after campaigns to ensure peaceful campaigns.
He said gone are the days that the leaders used propaganda to woe electorates to elect them to political seats.
