More goodies as MP Arama launches tarmacking project at AIC-High Ridge

Residents of AIC-High Ridge estate in Milimani West, London Ward have a reason to smile after area MP Samwel Arama officially launched road tarmacking project in the area.

The MP revealed that the work commences and shall be completed within six months.

“I have officially launched the tarmacking project for AIC-High Ridge estate in Milimani West London ward. The work begins immediately and will take six months to complete,” he stated.

Arama lauded the residents for embracing the project that will go a long way in lifting the livelihoods of the area.

“The residents have warmly embraced this project and assured me of their full support to ensure smooth progress,” he said.

The project, according to MP Arama shall be supervised by Kenya Urban Roads Authority engineers and this will take place at every stage.

He noted that the engineers will work to ensure quality and efficiency.

This, even as residents will get opportunity to work as casuals.

“Work opportunities will be given to the locals and the entire people of Nakuru Town West, ensuring that the community benefits directly from this development,” stated Arama.

During the launch of the Project, the MP was accompanied by the Deputy County Commissioner Mr. Omar Ali, Area MCA Gatuso, Political Advisor to the Governor Francis Njogu, as well as church and opinion leaders.
