MCAs’ Fellowship held in Gilgil with County Secretary highlighting Governor Kihika’s achievement

Over 20 Members of the County Assembly of Nakuru on Sunday April 14, 2924 congregated at Kingdom Seekers’ Church in Gilgil for the MCAs’ Fellowship.

The MCAs were hosted by area MCA Rose Njoroge.

Speaking during the service, Nakuru  County Secretary Dr. Samuel Mwaura highlighted Nakuru County’s achievements in Gilgil Sub-county among them the significant improvement at Gilgil Hospital.

According to Mwaura, in the recent past, the sub-county hospital has had a generator and an x-ray machine installed, enhancing healthcare services for the local community.

Additionally, a budget has been allocated for the construction of a 1km cabro road to connect the hospital to the highway, improving access for patients and medical personnel.

The County Secretary represented Governor Susan Kihika at the service.

Meanwhile, the MCAs were led by Led Deputy Speaker Joseph Ngware.

The service was also attended by Chief Officers Pastor Alex Maina and Dr. Michael Cheruiyot.

Gilgil Sub county prides in Governor Susan Kihika’s administration for also initiating an affordable housing project.

Additionally, the issuance of title deeds in Bondeni, a bursary program that has doubled in funding from 3 million to 6 million, and support for vocational training colleges demonstrate the county’s commitment to holistic development.
