Just days after President William Ruto in company of Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika and Nakuru Town East MP David Gikaria did ground breaking for construction of Susan Kihika Primary in Kiratina, area MCA Wilson Mwangi alias Wajeff has hit out at area MP David Gikaria for not being true.
MCA Wajeff says the MP has failed to tell the people the truth.
He slammed MP Gikaria for claiming that the he(Wajeff) has been opposing the project.
The MCA maintained that he has never opposed the project in any way.
He was however quick to point out that what he has been pushing is to ensure the land has title deed.
“What I only requested is that the government ensures that the land has title deeds before construction commences,” he said.
Speaking during an interview with press, the MCA was categorical that no one is opposed to the project as it will help children in Kiratina who have been walking distance and crossing the busy Highway to access schools.
In a shocking revelation, MCA Wajeff stated that the owner of the 16 plots that make up the parcel of land have not been paid fully.
According to him, there was a rush for the documents of the said parcel of land to be handed to the Nakuru East Deputy County Commissioner.
The MCA took an issue with MP Gikaria for colluding with some individuals to vandalize the market that had been constructed in the previous regimes.
He says, this is a matter that they will follow up and ensure the materials are returned.
“We will follow up and ensure the market materials that were vandalized are returned for we know who took them,” he said.
On claims that he boycotted the Statehouse meeting and ground breaking ceremony, MCA Wajeff made it clear that he was not invited and that is why he didn’t show up.
The MCA has maintained that he is ready for the battle ahead for the Nakuru Town East Parliamentary seat come 2027.
