Mbugua unmasks Lee in public

Nakuru Governor Kinuthia Mbugua has once again slammed at his opponent former NTSA boss Lee Kinyanjui for failing to perform while at the Authority.

Addressing residents of Ronda in Nakuru Town West during his tour on Wednesday, Governor Mbugua stated that it was so ironical for Lee to contest gubernatorial seat yet he has no record at NTSA.

He claimed his opponent while at NTSA came up with laws that meant no good to the transport sector operators.

“While at NTSA they made laws that did not help the sector and therefore they have no space to come and vie for Governor here. Let them go back and put things in order” said Mbugua.

Mbugua who has been traversing the Sub counties of Nakuru requesting for a second term stated that his record is clear and called on Nakuru residents to ensure they elect leaders who are ready to serve the common citizens.

The two leaders have been in exchange of harsh words even as the August polls draw near with Lee claiming that there was nothing to justify the huge resources received from the national government, promising if given the opportunity, he would salvage the county from “misrule” and initiate meaningful development.
