Mauche MCA Moses Koros graces Kibet Kirui-sponsored Tournament, affirms commitment towards welfare of young people

Mauche MCA Moses Koros was among the leaders who honored invitation to attend the just concluded Njoro Youth Dialogue Football Tournament.
The  Tournament was sponsored by Kibet Kirui who has declared interest in the Njoro Parliamentary seat come 2027.
MCA Koros graced the finals of the tournament held at Teret Imarisha talanta Stadium in Mauche Ward.
Addressing during the event, MCA Koros lauded Kirui for sponsoring the Tournament adding that such plays key in shaping and nurturing talents.
According to Koros, such initiatives help empower young people, foster community unity and peace and provide a platform for talent scouting and development.
Besides, he added that sports for many years has continued to play as a tool for peace and cohesion among communities of different culture.
He at the same time used the moment to call on youth to continue supporting elected leaders and grab the opportunities that come their way.

The MCA emphasized that sports can deter young people from negative influences like drug abuse and crime, while teaching valuable life skills such as discipline, teamwork, and leadership.

Koros, who before venturing into politics was a school Principal, reiterated the need for young people to register as voters so that their voice can be heard come 2027.

He added that he will continue to champion for the welfare of Mauche Ward residents but more so matters youth.
