Kivumbini MCA Neto Sakwa has vowed to support parents whose children will be joining Grade 10 as from next year(2026).
Sakwa who spoke in Saturday October 25, 2025 when he launched Ward Bursary issuance for Financial Year 2025/26, stated that some allocation has been set aside to support learners who will be joining Grade 10 next year.
According to the MCA, the amount set aside will help cater for lunch programme hence lifting the burden from parents.
The MCA who was elected in independent ticket in 2022, applauded those who had already downloaded the bursary forms from cyber and filled them appropriately.
He urged parents to ensure they return the fully filled bursary forms on time before October 31, 2025.
Since his election, MCA Sakwa has proven to be a people-centred leader always being close to the people and listening to their grievances.
During his campaigns, he vowed that his leadership will be different form the previous regimes by ensuring he unites all the communities in the cosmopolitan Kivumbini Ward.
