Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika’s ECDE Free Feeding Program shall be rolled out soon.
The Program shall be rolled out in all the Sub counties.
It is a program that aims to address malnutrition among ECDE learners and ensuring that they remain in school.
Speaking in Njoro Sub county during a public participation on the same, Education CECM Zipporah Ngugi reiterated Governor Susan Kihika’s commitment to fulfilling her promises to the people of Nakuru.
She revealed that Njoro Sub county is among the sub counties where the program shall be piloted befor rolling out the ECDE Feeding Program across the county.
It is a meeting that was also attended by Chair Committee on Education at the County Assembly Peter Maina , Njoro Sub county MCAs, parents, teachers, headteachers, Public Health Officers, NGAO among other stakeholders.
