Kihika rolls out pilot plan on collaboration with 3 MPs on County bursary kitty

Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika has unveiled plans that will see collaboration with MPs on management of county bursary.

The program will see the Governor work closely with MPs Samuel Arama(Nakuru West), Irene Njoki(Bahati) and David Gikaria(Nakuru East).

She was speaking in Kaptembwa Ward on Saturday February 10, 2024 when she joined faithfuls and residents to support expansion of Kaptembwa West Seventh Day Adventist church.

The Governor was joined by Nakuru Town West MP Samuel Arama, area MCA Peter Kajwang, and other County staff.

“We unveil plans to pilot collaboration in the management of the County bursary kitty with the MPs from Bahati, Nakuru Town East and Nakuru Town West constituencies,” she said.

She noted that this will help mitigate duplication and promote equitable distribution to ensure every child gets to attend school.

The Governor also used the moment to urge Nakuru West locals to rally support for her administration.
