Kabatini residents call for creation of more administrative units

Residents of Kabatini in Bahati Constituency of Nakuru County are now calling for creation of more administrative units in the area.

They say this will help boost access to services.

This emerged during a public Baraza that was also attended by security team and representatives from office of the area MP Irene Njoki.

According to MP Njoki, Kabatini ward is one of the most populated wards within Bahati Constituency and there is a great need for the creation of new administrative units that will bring services closer to the people.

She revealed that among the proposals raised is the creation of Kabatini division, more locations and sub locations.

“My office is always open to supporting community initiatives, and we will walk together with the community to ensure these proposals are actualized,” she said.
