Since she took over leadership mantle in Njoro Constituency, MP Charity Kathambi has proven that she has education matters at heart.

Some of the remarkable progress include Analat and Ngwataniro Primary where 2 brand-new classrooms have been constructed in each school.
At Mahiga Primary School, 5 classrooms have bee beautifully renovated while at Likia Primary 2 new classrooms have been constructed.
At Lare and Makutano Primary, the Lawmaker has ensured 2 completed classrooms each, while at Tipis Secondary a New administration block is under construction.
At Naishi and Ndurure Primary we 2 extra classrooms each completed while at Milimani Primary and Secondary 2 classrooms are nearing completion and at
Ndemi Primary a New administration block.
In Njoro Ward, MP Kathambi has also done tremendous work in various schools.
Ndarugu Primary has received a school bus, construction of a laboratory, and renovation of classrooms while Njoro DEB Primary has seen renovation of classrooms.
In Njoro Central Secondary School the MP purchased a school bus while Njoro Central Primary School has seen a borehole drilling and construction of a toilet.
Njoro Township Secondary School received School bus and construction of classrooms while Njoro Township Primary School has seen renovation and construction of classrooms.
At Njoro Special School, construction of new classrooms same to Njoro Boys.
Tengecha Secondary has benefited with construction of new classrooms while Mwigito Secondary purchase of a new school bus, renovation, and construction of classrooms.
Other schools that have seen transformation include Ngongogeri Primary School( renovation and construction of new classrooms), Kenana Secondary (construction of new classrooms and a school toilet), Mukungugu Njoro Primary School(construction of new classrooms), Piave Primary(renovation and construction of a school toilet), Njoro Day(construction and renovation of classrooms), Utafiti Primary(construction of new classrooms, a school toilet, and a new school water tank).
Notably, all the mentioned secondary schools received 100% bursary disbursement to all applicants.

At Nessuit Primary School, four classrooms have been thoughtfully renovated, and a brand-new restroom facility is now operational while at Musegekwa Primary School has successfully completed the construction of its new facilities, further enhancing the educational environment.
At Tagitech Primary School you are proudly welcomed with two newly constructed classrooms while Ogiek Primary School has also benefited from the completion of its restroom facilities.
Amani Primary School, too, boasts four newly renovated classrooms.
All these is due to the unwavering dedication of MP Kathambi.
