After long wait for titles, finally there is hope for Block 14-Manyani land owners in Kivumbini Ward of Nakuru East Sub county as county government moves in to verify beneficiaries towards titling.

Most residents with plots in this area only have Allotment letters making it hard for them to develop their plotsdue to fear.

Area MCA Neto Sakwa in an interview with famousnakuru.co.ke, stated that the process has been tedious but with collaboration with area MP David Gikaria, Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika and Landlord Association, the process is finally culminating into great news for the plot owners.

“During my campaigns, I vowed to ensure the issue of titling for Block 14 Manyani estate is addressed once and for all so that the plot owners can enjoy the value and develop their plots without any fear,” he stated.

Sakwa lauded Governor Kihika and MP David Gikaria for the effort put in ensuring the plot owners can enjoy value for their land once they get the title deeds.
