Democracy for Citizens Party Leader Rigathi Gachagua on Wednesday December 17, 2025 unveiled DCP NaKURU County officials at Party Headquarters in Nairobi.
Joseph Kimani Kiriri is the Chair and will be deputized by Kariko Mwangi.
Meanwhile, Simon Sangale Ole Nasieku is the Secretary and will be deputized by Janet Moraa.
The Party’s Treasurer Nakuru County is Catherine Nyambura. She will be deputized by John Mbugua.
Organizing Secretary is Elijah Gachau Waweru assisted by Grace Momanyi.
Ruth Gathetha is the Woman Leader DCP Nakuru and deputized by Mary Bosibori.
Jackson Njau is tasked with matters youth and will be deputized by Sarah Buge.
Peter Mutahi will lead the Religious slot while Geoffrey Gatitu will lead the Professional Association and Isaiah Kerich will be in charge of farmers.
Alphonse Owino will be in charge of Academia and Leaders Union, while Samuel Karanga will be in charge of Business Community.
Joseph Kanyiri will be in charge of PWDs while Maina Muhia will be in charge of elders.
Samuel Mungai will be in charge of informal sector while Diana Soita will be in charge of minorities and marginalized.
Gachagua unveiled the officials and held a consultative meeting with Nakuru County aspirants.
The engagement focused on strengthening party structures, aligning strategy, and consolidating DCP grassroots momentum.
According to Gachagua, Nakuru County continues to stand out among counties with the highest DCP Party membership registration, a clear reflection of the people’s resilience and their firm commitment to the party.
The meeting reaffirmed DCP’s growing national footprint and the determination of our leaders and supporters to build a disciplined, people-driven movement anchored on unity, organization, and purpose.
