Dandelion Africa Organization has partnered with Spirit Health Foundation towards improving antenatal and postnatal care.
The partnership is aimed at addressed the challenge that has been there where when it comes to access to timely maternal healthcare in rural areas.
According to research done by Dandelion Africa NGO, expectant mothers often struggle to reach clinics for regular check-ups.

The partnership will see piloting an innovative approach using the Clinitouch App to improve Antenatal and Postnatal Care.
A select group of Community Health Promoters (CHPs) from Baringo, Nakuru, and Kajiado counties will undergo training to provide remote maternal healthcare support.
The app connects CHPs with health facilities, ensuring expectant mothers receive continuous care both at home and at clinics.
“Through this initiative, we aim to reduce ANC dropouts, ensuring that all pregnant women complete the recommended 8 ANC visits,” stated Dandelion Africa NGO.
The organization believes that Early detection of risk factors and consistent support throughout pregnancy will significantly reduce maternal and neonatal mortality, leading to safe, skilled deliveries.
Digital solutions like Clinitouch are transforming healthcare access—because no mother should die while giving birth.
