Former Rongai MP Willy Komen is dead. The three times MP in different constituencies died on Saturday night at a Nakuru Hospital. According to his son Kibet Komen, the veteran politician died after a short illness and will be remembered as an astute politician. One dead,several injured in night accident at Salgaa

One person died and several sustained injuries including a fractured leg of one of the trailer workers when a trailer lost brakes at the downhill near Salgaa ramming into several trailers and vehicles during the night incident.
